Booking and cancellation policies for Halmuron Casino Hotel

1. Reservation Policy

At Halmuron Casino Hotel, we strive to provide a seamless booking experience for all our guests. To secure a reservation at our casino hotel, the following policies apply:

  • All reservations require a valid credit card at the time of booking to guarantee your stay.
  • The credit card holder must be present at check-in with the card used for the reservation.
  • A pre-authorization hold will be placed on your credit card at check-in for the total room charges plus estimated incidentals.
  • All guests must be at least 21 years of age to check in to our hotel.
  • Valid government-issued photo identification is required at check-in.

2. Standard Cancellation Policy

Our standard cancellation policy for room reservations is as follows:

  • Cancellations made 24 hours or more prior to the scheduled arrival date will receive a full refund with no cancellation fee.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled arrival date will be charged one night's room rate plus applicable taxes.
  • No-shows will be charged one night's room rate plus applicable taxes.
  • Early departures may be subject to an early departure fee equal to one night's room rate.

3. Special Event Periods and Peak Season Cancellation

During special event periods, holidays, and peak seasons, a more restrictive cancellation policy may apply:

  • Reservations during designated special event periods require cancellation 72 hours or more prior to arrival to avoid a charge.
  • Some special events and holidays may require full pre-payment that is non-refundable.
  • For specific events, a deposit equal to the full stay may be required at the time of booking.
  • All special event cancellation policies will be clearly disclosed at the time of booking.

4. Group Booking Cancellation

For group bookings (10 rooms or more), the following cancellation policy applies:

  • Group cancellations made 30 days or more prior to arrival date will receive a full refund of any deposits.
  • Group cancellations made 15-29 days prior to arrival date will forfeit 50% of the deposit.
  • Group cancellations made 14 days or less prior to arrival date will forfeit 100% of the deposit.
  • Individual room cancellations within a group booking are subject to the terms specified in the group contract.

5. Package and Promotional Rate Cancellations

Special packages, promotional rates, and advance purchase rates may have unique cancellation policies:

  • Non-refundable rates and packages: These special offers require full payment at the time of booking and are non-refundable, non-changeable, and non-transferable.
  • Special promotions: Some promotional offers may have modified cancellation policies, which will be clearly stated during the booking process.
  • Third-party bookings: Reservations made through third-party websites are subject to the cancellation policies of those platforms.

6. Dining and Entertainment Reservations

For restaurant and entertainment venue reservations within Halmuron Casino Hotel:

  • Restaurant reservations must be cancelled at least 4 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee of $50 per person.
  • Entertainment show tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by Halmuron Casino Hotel.
  • VIP experiences and private dining reservations require 48-hour cancellation notice to avoid full charges.

7. Force Majeure

Halmuron Casino Hotel reserves the right to modify its cancellation policy in the event of force majeure circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters or severe weather events
  • Acts of government or public authorities
  • War, civil unrest, or terrorism
  • Public health emergencies
  • Any other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Halmuron Casino Hotel

In such cases, we will work with affected guests to reschedule their stay or provide appropriate refunds as the situation permits.
